Two time IPL champions (2012 & 2014), the Kolkata Knight Riders have had a see-saw season overall. However, one fact that cannot be disputed is that they have looked like a completely changed side since the UAE leg of IPL 2021 began. Five of their seven wins in all this season in the league stage have been registered in the second leg in the UAE.
