West Indies’ Holder rested for Pakistan series, Hetmyer and Russell also out

West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder has been rested for next month’s white-ball tour to Pakistan while Evin Lewis, Shimron Hetmyer and Andre Russell have been left out for personal reasons, the country’s cricket board (CWI) said on Friday.
