Known for pulling off surprises out of nowhere, MS Dhoni yet again produced a shocker on Thursday as he stepped down from his role of Chennai Super Kings captain just before the start of the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League. With Dhoni’s stepping aside, mantle has now been passed on to all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who will begin his tenure as the skipper of the side from Saturday’s season opener against Kolkata Knight Riders.
