India had last won the u-19 World Cup title in 2018 when the Prithvi Shaw-led Indian team defeated Australia in the final by 8 wickets. Former Under 19 team captain Priyam Garg and batsman Yashaswi Jaiswal, who were part of the 2020 World Cup campaign, are confident that India will bring the cup back home again.
