Rahane’s inclusion points to dearth of middle order batsmen

Fourteen months after being dropped from India’s Test team and a month after losing his Indian cricket board (BCCI) central contract, Ajinkya Rahane has been recalled to the Test team for the World Test Championship (WTC) final to be played against Australia at the Oval in London in June.
