IPL Rule Recap: The Impact Player rule

IPL 2023 is now around the corner and from this edition onwards the fans will get to see a new rule which promises to make matches more exciting. This will be the very first season where teams will get to choose an ‘Impact Player’. This will be a substitute player who can come in to both bat and bowl.
