Venkatesh Iyer’s scintillating maiden IPL century went in vain as Mumbai Indians defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by five wickets at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai on Sunday. MI registered their second successive win in the Indian Premier League 2023, after beginning the campaign with two back-to-back defeats.
