India in SA: Ishant, Pujara, Rahane remain in Test squad; focus on nurturing youngsters
The national selection committee headed by Chetan Sharma has laid down its vision for taking Indian cricket forward in the coming two years by appointing Rohit Sharma the ODI captain and Test vice-captain from the upcoming tour of South Africa. “There aren’t many ODIs before India play the 2023 World Cup and Rohit is big on grooming the next generation leader,” a source said.
