ICC scraps ‘confusing’ soft signal in latest changes to playing conditions
Come June 1 and the on-field umpires will no longer be required to give a soft signal, which often creates confusion, while referring decisions to the TV umpires as the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Monday announced changes to its playing conditions.
