According to ground reports and officials, Indian Air Force helicopters and rescue teams are currently on standby, waiting for visibility to improve before they can enter the most affected lower terrains.So far, 20 villagers have been rescued, with over 150 Indian Army personnel, SDRF, and NDRF teams deployed.
