Third Delhi HC Judge Recuses From Hearing Karti Chidambaram’s Plea In Chinese Visa Case

This is the third time a judge has withdrawn from the case, following earlier recusals by Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma and Justice Anup J Bhambhani.
