Row over BJP flag over tricolor at Kalyan Singh’s prayer meet; experts divided on issue

A row has erupted over the BJP flag covering a portion of the national flag draped over former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh’s mortal remains. However, experts are divided on the matter. Talking to TOI, Union minority affairs minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi lashed out at the opposition and said spreading negativity was the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) of these people.
