Punjab Police Bust Cross-Border Smuggling Ring; Accused Had Links With Pakistan-Based Handler

Amritsar Rural Police busted a cross-border smuggling module, arresting two linked to a Pakistan-based handler and seizing an IED and two mobile phones, Punjab Police DGP said.
