New Delhi, Sep 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in New Delhi after attending the State Funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Tokyo. PM Modi paid floral tributes to late Shinzo Abe at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo.
