NIA Charge-sheets 17 Hardcore ISIS Operatives in Delhi-Padgha Terror Module Case | English NewsThe National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a chargesheet against 17 individuals linked to the ISIS for recruiting and radicalising youth. The chargsheeted have been accused of making IEDs in the Delhi-Padgha ISIS terror module. Most accused are from Maharashtra. Charges include violations of IPC, UA(P) Act, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act. The accused engaged in a broad ISIS conspiracy, including training, propaganda, and fundraising. NIA seized incriminating evidence and is investigating further.
