NHRC Notice To Bihar Govt, DGP Over Assault, Stripping Of Woman In Patna Village

The NHRC has taken suo motu cognisance of a media report that “a 30-year-old woman belonging to Scheduled Caste, was brutally assaulted, stripped and urinated upon” in the village on September 23, it said.
