Manipur polls: Check out first list of Congress’ 40 candidates

New Delhi, Jan 22: The Congress on Saturday released its first list of 40 candidates for the forthcoming Manipur assembly elections. As per the list, former chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh (2002 to 2017) will contest from Thoubal assembly seat.
