LPG price rose by Rs 265 in 9 months, Congress slams Rs 25 hike
The Congress on Wednesday came down heavily on the government a day after the price of LPG was hiked by Rs 25 per cylinder. The price of LPG has increased by Rs 265 in the last nine months, which is a whopping 44 per cent increase, it said. Talking to mediapersons at the AICC headquarters, Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate said, “The prices of the LPG cylinders have been hiked once again by Rs 25. With the current hike in the prices, the LPG cylinder price in Delhi has gone to Rs 859.”
