Kolkata Woman Dies of Dengue Week After Giving Birth, Husband Accuses 3 Hospitals of Negligence

Payel Nandi gave birth to a baby boy on August 26 at the Matri Bhavan Hospital. Her husband says the hospital informed them she had dengue and forcefully discharged her two days later. She was admitted to two more hospitals before she succumbed to the disease on September 2
