Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei said that Iran has evidence showing the US and Israel had plotted to topple Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. In an apparent reference to Turkey, Khamenei also highlighted the role of a “neighbouring country” in the rebel offensive.
