Kerala High Court Warns Against Misuse of POCSO Act by ‘Frustrated Litigants’ To Settle Personal Vendetta

The court emphasised that “chagrined and frustrated litigants should not be allowed to give vent to their frustration, by cheaply misusing the provisions of penal law.”
