Kerala HC: If Rape, POCSO Offences Made Out, No Preference To Victim’s Plea For Quashing Case

The Kerala High Court ruled that serious rape charges under IPC or POCSO cannot be quashed based on the victim’s plea, dismissing a plea to quash a case against a dance teacher.
