Kareena’s Heroine pose a copy of Mariah Carey’s?

Everyone fell in love with Kareena Kapoor’s first poster of Heroine the moment it was launched. But wait a minute a second look at this poster reminds you of a similar pose by singer Mariah Carey.

The sultry poster seems to have been inspired from Mariah Carey’s promotional photos for her music album The Emancipation of Mimi.

Now inspiration can certainly be a form of flattery but, given the hype, we certainly hoped for some creativity here.

But sadly, the designers of the Heroine posters have gone as far as to retain the exact pose and the backdrop of a bed like Carey’s photoshoot.

After all, wasnt this Heroine expected to set the trend and not follow it.
