Jharkhand Sees Chhath as Best Bet to Vaccinate Migrant Population, State Health Minister Says Centre Biased

Minister Banna Gupta told News18.com that while Jharkhand is fully prepared and can inoculate 5 lakh people a day, the Centre discriminates against it and vaccine stock is low.
