IAF Gets an Airlift: Ageing Avros Aircraft to be Replaced by Swanky C-295s

Of the 56, 16 aircraft will be delivered in flyaway condition by Spain in 48 months. The rest 40 will be manufactured in India by TATA Consortium over ten years.
