‘Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder’: IIT Kanpur Forms Panel After PhD Student’s Death

On the death of a PhD student, IIT Kanpur said he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was under psychiatric care. The institute has constituted a fact-finding committee.
