CBI ready to prosecute retired Allahabad HC judge

New Delhi, Nov 26: The CBI has got the sanction to prosecute retired Allahabad High Court Judge Justice SN Shukla in a corruption case for allegedly favouring a private medical college in his orders, officials said, according to a PTI report.
