Xiaomi’s MIUI 8’s Public Beta Version is Now Available for Download

Xioami’s Hugo Barra in a facebook post announced the availability of the MIUI 8’s public beta version. Xiaomi had announced that it will launch the Mi Max and MIUI 8 at an event on May 10 in Beijing and in July 2016 they have made it available for Xiaomi users.

In his post Hugo wrote that he can’t wait for Xiaomi fans to try the new features that have made his life simplified, like Scrolling Screenshots, Quick Ball (perfect with Mi Max) and my absolute favorite, Dual Apps.

MIUI 8’s Stable ROM will be launched on 16th August 2016. MIUI 8’s Beta version is compatible with Redmi Note Prime, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note 4G, Redmi 2 and Mi Max 32GB. MiUI 8 global beta ROM for Mi 2/2S, Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi 4i, Mi 5, Mi Note, Redmi 1S, Redmi 2 Prime, Redmi Note 2, Redmi Note 3 will be released soon the company said on its website.
