Italian marines case: SC stays compensation to boat owner
The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Kerala high court not to disburse compensation awarded to the owner of fishing boat “’St Antony” in which two fishermen were allegedly killed by Italian marines in 2012 after ten surviving crew members also sought a share in it.
