Delhi Government To Increase Fine From Rs 50 To Rs 1000 For Pet Dogs Roaming Without Leash On Streets

The Bill introduced in LS proposes fine for allowing a dog to roam in a public street without a leash be increased from the current Rs 50 to Rs 1,000.
