‘Insensitive’: Supreme Court Condemns Allahabad HC Judge’s ‘Grabbing Breasts Isn’t Rape’ Ruling

The Supreme Court condemned the Allahabad High Court ruling that grabbing the breast and pulling a pyjama string do not constitute rape. Justice BR Gavai called the ruling “totally insensitive.”
