Veteran actor Deb Mukherjee, father of filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, passed away at the age of 83 on March 14 due to age-related ailments. His funeral will take place today at 4 PM at Pawan Hans Crematorium in Mumbai. For those unaware, he was also the uncle of actresses Rani Mukerji and Kajol.
