US President Donald Trump cancelled an executive order that enabled sanctions against Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank. An initial IDF probe into a Jan. 20 settler attack on two West Bank Palestinian villages found that dozens of assailants were involved. The probe found that “dozens of Israeli civilians, some of them masked, arrived at night al-Funduq area… set fire to property and caused damage”.
