TV actress Sangeeta Ghosh to make a comeback

Television actress Sangeeta Ghosh is making a comeback. Best remembered as Pammi from Arua Irani’s serial Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Sangeeta had created a stir when she tied the knot with a businessman.

The arranged marriage was a quiet affair after which she disappeared from the scene. The secrecy over her marriage had surprised the industry who only realised it early last year.

“She is now keen to be back and will be seen in a show directed by Nandita Mehra who has called the shots for several TV soaps. Though things are under wraps for the moment, Sangeeta has given her nod,”according to a source.

The source added: “Sangeeta and Nandita’s friendship goes back a long way. They are very close to each other, so what better choice than her buddy’s show to return?”

Sangeeta had tried to switch from TV to the big screen with Dharmesh Darshan’s film Bhawra but the project though complete never got a release.
