Tharoor praises Jaishankar after India abstains on UN resolution

New Delhi, Dec 11: Senior Congress leader and former diplomat Shashi Tharoor appreciated and lauded the external affairs minister Dr. S Jaishankar for the stance of abstaining from the UN resolution establishing that exempts humanitarian aid efforts from sanctions.
