‘Just Don’t Spit Please’: Assam’s Midnight Painters Spend Chilly Nights Drawing Pictures of Unity on a Wall

A group of young painters is at work round the clock, painting a wall of the 1400 meter long flyover, which shall be dedicated to people of Assam on Diwali by the CM.
